*1. Coconut Oil and Indian Lilac Oil *
Indian lilac is a natural mosquito repellent, you could make natural pesticide from it; mix one part of Indian-lilac oil with one part of coconut oil, then scrub it over your body. The mixture has quite pungent smell that makes mosquitoes don’t want to be near you in which that amazing effect will last for about eight hours.
*2. Lemon eucalyptus*
Lemon eucalyptus or Corymbia citriodora (binomial name) is a type of tall tree commonly grown in Australia. The tree leaves can be extracted and its oil extraction is widely known as a great mosquito repellent, just scrub it on your skin for protection against nasty mosquito bites.
*3. Holy Basil*
Leaves of holy basil can be used as larvicide as well, capable to kill the larvae of mosquitoes; so first thing you need to do is look for places where mosquitoes breed. Then plant the plants of holy basil in your garden or around the entrance your home, the more plant you plant the better. Another way to use the plant is by extracting it, put the extraction oil in a spray bottle and spray it around the entry points of your house to repel mosquitoes.

The oil contains anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties that are great materials to fight mosquitoes, and it also has pretty strong odour that will keep mosquitoes stay away from you. You just need to mix several drops of the oil with several drops of water, then scrub the mixture on your face and your other exposed body parts.

Not only good for your garden, but red-cedar mulch also good for your house as it can keep mosquitoes to stay away from it. First, boil some red-cedar chips in hot water, after the water cool down put it in a garden sprayer and spray it everywhere to repel mosquitoes from coming to your home.
